DELIVERY POLICY (CANADA ONLY)

Digital plans have no delivery time. They will be sent to you automatically by email within minutes of your purchase. Check your spam.

Orders are currently processed within 72 hours. This processing time does not include delivery time. Standard delivery is based on the following delivery schedule:

  • Local delivery: 1 business day
  • Delivery to Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspésie: 1 to 3 working days
  • Delivery elsewhere in Quebec: 2 to 7 working days

Our delivery times are determined according to the delivery times agreed between most major urban centres in Canada. For the delivery of packages to smaller cities or remote areas in Canada, an additional delivery time is required and established according to the carrier’s standards.

Please note that Brikologik cannot guarantee the exact date on which an order will be delivered.

Across Canada, delivery costs are determined by Canada Post.

All special order ship within two weeks, depending on the order type and provided all items ordered are in stock.

When your order is in the packaging process, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to track your package online. Please note that there may be a delay before tracking information is available online.

 

REFUND POLICY

No refunds are offered on downloadable plans.

It is essential to check the status of your order upon receipt. If the box appears to be in poor condition upon delivery, it is your responsibility to refuse it. The carrier will have to return the box to us, and Brikologik customer service will contact you.

Once returns are received at our facilities, we will refund the returned products to the credit card used for the original transaction within 14 business days. You will receive confirmation by email. Original shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded.
